What about sorting my food??

The classic request in FITNESS. It starts with a question, and is always backed up by a massive amount of addiional questions…


Lets get you SET up with a very basic 101, when it comes to food.


Think of STARCHES:

  • Bread
  • Pasta
  • Potatoes
  • Rice
  • Porridge oats

Those are the main sources. You have lots of different products, but start by grouping them into the above categories.

We could go on endlessly if our goal was to appear CLEVER, but it only leads to more confusion.

Main question:

Are you trying to lose weight, or gain muscle?

To lose weight, you will need to eliminate processed STARCHES. Very simple. no more bread or pasta full stop. 1 portion of rice or potatoes per day.

Now, has that led to lots more questions!!
