DEEP STRETCH SESSION Find balance by going FACE / FACE DOWN Count THROUGH each stretch – 8+ seconds Relax, do not force MUSCLE Play with all stretches, pick FAVOURITES!! Perform 2 or 3 EVERYDAY..
