Perform this BARBELL intro workout
- Keep the WEIGHT/LOAD light set 1 & 2
- STIFF LED DEAD LIFTS will be heavier than UPRIGHT ROWS
- Have 30 seconds rest between SETS, 1 minute between exercises
- Be CAREFUL – Build SKILLS
Target is to create a great BASE – Find the target MUSCLE!!
