  • Keep the WEIGHT/LOAD light set 1 & 2
  • STIFF LED DEAD LIFTS will be heavier than UPRIGHT ROWS
  • Have 30 seconds rest between SETS, 1 minute between exercises
  • Be CAREFUL – Build SKILLS

Target is to create a great BASE – Find the target MUSCLE!!
